Guided Meditation

Service Description

In this loose 1-hour session, you'll be taken away from the normal flow of life and delve within the mind. The jittery activity in your brain will pause for the time you're in the studio, as you come to revelations under guided meditation. Life deserves pause. Live in that moment. You only need 1 session. You may want to return and learn more. Please refrain from eating one hour prior to the session. Please consume water 30 minutes prior to the session. Group therapy is available, please email for details.

Cancellation Policy

Please respect time as we studiously respect yours. Last minute cancellations or rescheduling that violates the aforementioned policy will result in no refunds, at the client's expense.
